The wire connection is bad so it works intermittently 0 people found this helpfulWe bought it last Christmas and it only lasted a year. My daughter keeps it neatly in a tub. It's never been drops and it doesn't work now. The speaker part doesn't work. I can rig it to another speaker but it's ridiculous. And the microphone that came with it is finicky. There is a voice delay when singing and ... 0 people found this helpfulI was so excited when this arrived because it has a very sleek style and our other system is old and looked outdated, but to our dismay, the sound on this machine is horrible. There is a voice delay when singing and it produces a horrible echo sound and this was with the echo feature off. Undortunately, my husband had thrown out the packaging so I couldn't send it back. So now I am going to see if there is anyway I can still get a refund through Amazon. I so wanted this to work properly because it is a great looking product when plugged in. - Verified Store
