Order Processing and Courier Deliveries:

We are currently experiencing order processing delays on some orders as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Most orders will be processed within 1 business day; however, some may take up to 2 business days. Rest assured; delivery times remain unaffected. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the order has been shipped. 

Returns and Refunds:

While we are making every effort to process all returns in a timely manner some delays may occur. When you are setting up a return request with us, our team will provide you further details if your return processing time maybe impacted.
