My sister and I bought the stereo system for my mom as a gift and she loves it. We did have one minor issue with the record player turntable, but that was quickly and professionally dealt with by Melissa and her team. They were awesome to deal with and so friendly. It was the best purchase we ever made for our mom. It looks great, works great, and the sound quality is great. She has thoroughly enjoyed listening to her old albums and has even moved on to listening to audio books on the CD player! We couldn't be more pleased!
