I bought this about 6 months ago. I was extremely impressed. It's beautiful! The wood is amazing, the sound is fantastic. I was overall pleased!Unfortunately the 45 switch didn't work. It sounded "wonky". So we asked to return it for a new one. Well they offered shipping costs but the bar code didn't work so since we already were at the post office we just paid for the shipping then and there. The company did not offer to fully refund us for the shipping prices. I got my replacement in the mail and was happy that everything was in working order! I did notice that there is a piece of pressed wood underneath the record player that is screwed in crooked. I can tell if I am sitting on the ground but otherwise it is great! I wish it had an option for a cassette tape but I wouldn't return it for that purpose! It has wonderful sound. I love the look. It has a vintage vibe while being simple. It is very genuine! I love love it. You won't regret buying this.
