The record player looks amazing. The wood and design are first class. It was easy to assemble, the volume is very loud, and it was packaged greatly.

The only problem I had was with the needle, lots of skipping. However, I reached out to their customer service. The woman who helped me was Michelle, and she got back to me instantly and had a new needle in the mail for me within minutes of requesting.
